Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping services to various locations in Kenya. The following are the estimated delivery times and costs for different areas:

  • Nairobi & Surrounding Areas:
    • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days. Cost: KES 400
    • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days. Cost: KES 650
  • Other Major Cities (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret):
    • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days. Cost: KES 700
    • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days. Cost: KES 800
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days. Cost: KES 1000 *Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the specific location and courier services.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery and estimate its arrival time.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all major cities and towns in Kenya. However, please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer and may incur additional charges.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any customs duties or taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. The Plant Web is not responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping.

Damages

While we take great care in packaging and handling your order, The Plant Web is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
