CARE GUIDE

Light: Thrives best in well lit, bright conditions. Direct sunlight will scorch the leaves so not advisable to place where there is direct sunlight.

Water: Try to keep the soil evenly moist. Water less but more frequent.
Over-watering, wet leaves, and soggy soil makes an alocasia plant susceptible to a variety of serious fungal infections.

Temperature: Needs to be kept warm, ideally between 18-22°C.

Humidity: Needs a moist environment with above average humidity. Mist frequently.

Height and Growth Rate: 30-60cm. Alocasia are fast growing in the right conditions.

Toxicity: Harmful if eaten and are a skin and eye irritant. Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Air Purifying: Filters airborne toxins.

Additional Tips: Alocasia have a dormant period where they'll drop leaves. There's no cause for concern when this happens. During this period, the plants will require less water, so simply moisten the soil from time to time until it shoots back again.
